Rich vegan chocolate cake.


Just made the best, chocolate cake ever. so gooey, chocolatey and rich. perfect and vegan. Who needs egg’s?


300g plain flour.

50g cocoa.

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda.

1 tsp baking powder.

pinch of salt.

300g sugar.

375ml of soya milk. ( I used chocolate coconut milk.)

125ml oil. (sunflower or rapeseed.)

7 tbsp. raspberry jam.

1 tsp vanilla.

10 glace cherries halved.



40ml soya milk. (chocolate coconut again for me.)

85g dark chocolate, melted.

60g icing sugar and a squirt of maple syrup.
